Fast and Simple:
The patented spring-action sharpening bars, invented by an Austrian master cutler, make sharpening simple and reliable. It can sharpen dull or damaged blades in seconds and even hone the finest knives to a razor edge. Achieve professional-grade sharpening results easily and quickly.
Three-Stage Sharpening:
Three-stage sharpening function: 1. Sharpen: removes metal to cut a new edge. 2. Hone: realigns the blade edge without removing metal. 3. Serrated Knives: pull the knife across the sharpener at a set angle to sharpen the entire serrated edge. The more stable sharpening bars provide superior sharpening results.
Automatic Adjustment:
